Stabili-Teeth® in Phoenix and Gilbert, AZ

A fixed set of teeth on implants, with the temporary set snapped in the same day as surgery. Placed by our own board-certified oral surgeon at both Valley offices.

What Stabili-Teeth Is

Stabili-Teeth® is a full-arch implant system for people with failing teeth, several missing teeth, or no teeth left in an arch. It replaces a removable denture with teeth that are fixed to implants in your jaw.

There are no adhesives. Nothing comes out at night. You leave the day of surgery with a provisional set of teeth already in place.

We are a Stabili-Teeth® provider at both our Phoenix and Gilbert offices.

What Makes the System Different

Stabili-Teeth® combines narrow diameter implants with conventional implants in the same arch. The number and placement of each depends on your bone density, which we assess from a 3D scan before surgery.

The narrow implants give enough immediate stability to attach provisional teeth on the day of surgery, so you are not waiting months to eat and speak normally.

Why the Four Month Mark Matters

The conventional implants integrate with your jawbone over roughly four months. After that healing period, all of the implants are engaged together.

Sharing the load across every implant is what gives the finished arch its stability and its longevity. The first four months are the temporary stage.

The Treatment Process

Four stages, and we will tell you at the consultation which parts apply to your case.

  1. Extract any remaining teeth. Done under local anesthetic, with sedation available.
  2. Place the implants. Conventional and narrow diameter implants, positioned according to your bone density.
  3. Fit the provisional teeth. These snap firmly into place on the day of surgery.
  4. Attach the final teeth. Once healing is complete and all implants are engaged.

Are You a Candidate?

Stabili-Teeth® is built for people who have lost or are losing a full arch. That usually means advanced gum disease, several failing teeth, or a denture that has never fit properly.

Whether it suits you depends on bone volume, general health, and whether you smoke. A consultation and a 3D scan answer that honestly. If a simpler option would serve you better, we will say so.

Why Have It Done Here

Plenty of practices are Stabili-Teeth® providers. Fewer have the surgical and prosthetic side under one roof.

Our oral and maxillofacial surgeon is board certified and a diplomate of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, so sedation is handled in-house. Our prosthodontist and licensed denturist handle the teeth themselves.

Surgery and prosthetics get planned together, in the same building, before treatment starts.

What It Costs

Stabili-Teeth® uses fixed pricing rather than a per-case quote. We will confirm the current figure with you at your consultation, in writing, before anything is scheduled.

We accept most dental insurance, offer financing, and run an in-house discount plan for patients without cover.

Common Questions

Both give you a fixed arch on implants. Stabili-Teeth uses a combination of narrow diameter and conventional implants chosen by bone density, which can make it an option where there is not enough bone for a conventional-only approach. We will tell you which suits your jaw after the scan.

Yes. Provisional teeth are snapped into place the same day. The final set is attached after the implants have integrated, which takes around four months.

No. They are fixed to the implants. You clean them in your mouth rather than taking them out at night, and we will show you how at the fitting.

Surgery is done under local anesthetic and you should not feel it. Sedation is available and is supervised by our own surgeon. Most patients describe the following few days as sore rather than painful.

That is worth a second opinion. The narrow diameter implants in this system are designed for exactly that situation. Bring any scans you already have to the consultation.

Yes. Many patients treat the lower arch first, because lower dentures are the ones that tend to move. We will talk through what each option involves for your case.
